Greetings Earthlings!
There's a bloody lot going on in the land of Lilygun at the moment that has been keeping me very busy...
First of all, on 28th August, limited addition CDs of our latest EP will be available to buy from all of our website's via PayPal.
Next month, on 26th September at the Underworld in Camden, will be the last show for Lilygun in this year and we'll be playing with a very special guest player which I'll leave you guessing about...

After that gig, Lilygun will be recording an album which has been f*#kin' long overdue I know but so worth the wait I promise ;-)
I'll post details about this later...
I will also be recording with Aaron John and The Eden House which I'm very excited about as well as finishing a new classical CD I've been working on.
Thanks to all of the photographers that have sent me some amazing photos from The Eden House shows, they're great and I really appreciate it.

New Conversations Single Review
I really like the verses on this single, with vocals from the Shirley Manson school of singing and some fine rhythmic riffing, the choruses are pretty powerful too – with hints of rock, goth & funk packing a meaty punch sonically…

Revamped Lilygun website and the first Lilygun EP review has arrived...

Recorded at Britannia Row Studios, there is an element of the "psych" in here that said studio made famous through Pink Floyd's 'The Wall'. However, this EP produces a much more grunge-dominated sound.

Hi everyone!
This is the start of my birthday month and it's going to be a great one... Peace Of Mind, the single will be out on 10th July and I can't wait for you all to hear it :-)

Holly shit...
I'm going to be singing in the great band 'The Eden House'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guys I'm sooooooo bloody excited about this... Earlier on this year, Lilygun played a few support slots with them on their tour and not only are they a great band, they're also wonderful people that I get on very well with. It will be so cool to sing with the lovely Valenteen and Amandine Ferrari and I'll be joining them on their tour which includes 3 festivals, in London, Germany and Poland.
I'm madly excited... :)
But don't worry... I will be back with Lilygun in September with a show at the Underworld and Peace Of Mind, the single will be available to download very soon.

Sorry for the lack of communication guys... we've been extremely busy these past few weeks preparing for our EP Launch night this coming Sunday.
We're so excited!
Our set will be 45mins with the lovely Belle on drums and Aaron John on lead guitar and we're playing 3 new songs plus Pray and all the songs from the new EP. We're hoping to get it recorded or videoed for those of you who are going away for the bank holiday weekend, we'll try our best!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
Hi everyone, I'm so sorry to tell you that I have been suffering with Bronchitis for the past few weeks and my voice has been badly effected which means that Lilygun will NOT be able to play at Gotham Festival this year! :(
I'm completely gutted about this but there's nothing I can do! Really sorry but it won't be long till our next show in May which I WILL be fighting fit for. In the meantime if you were planning on going, you should go because it's a great night out. Tickets are still available from here:

Yesterday was the best Valentines Day EVER!
Playing with The Eden House at The Arts Centre was an amazing experience for us. It's the most exquisite venue, a converted church with such an ethereal atmosphere, it really was something extra special. Hopefully we'll get a couple of photos from our live set but in the meantime, check out a few snaps that have been posted on our myspace. Again massive thanks to The Eden House and Adam Busiakiewicz, you guys are the best! This week we're working hard in rehearsals so we can Rock the Scala this coming friday, we're so excited!

Lilygun have decided to put back their EP launch to next month. No dilemmas to report, just need more time to prepare for it.
The groovy twosome are off to Bristol tomorrow with guitarist Adam Busiakiewicz to support The Eden House and play an electro-acoustic set on a ship. How cool is that! Hopefully photos and video footage will be posted of the performance a few days after the event, if they don't run out of batteries like at the last gig!!

Sunday evening's gig was so special for us, big love to everyone who came out to see us play for the first time as a 3-piece.
Me and AJ actually got so nervous, it was really funny backstage but we really enjoyed it. It's a real challenge to play a set like that. In fact we had so much fun that we've decided to perform it once again, possibly in December. We'll get back to you on this...
Me and Piranha will be finishing off "My Ways" for the Launch Night on 27th November which we're so excited about.
